Quality Development of Policy Model for MTs Teachers

Quality is an absolute image that must be owned by every educational institution. In general, quality can seen from the accreditation of institutions and academic services. Likewise, graduates are a reflection institutions. One factors to produce support development teacher quality. This study aims describe policy model for developing MTs teachers in Central Tapanuli. The research approach qualitative type, with descriptive method. Data was collected using observation, interview, document techniques. Furthermore, data analysis uses reduction techniques, presentation, verification (to draw conclusions).
